In his extensive work experience, he has served as Co-Director of the Project: “Criminal Justice and Victimization of Minors” United Nations Latin American Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders: ILANUD. He has worked in National Geographic Society; American Psychiatric Association, National Medical Union, President Costa Rican Association of Psychiatry and Clinical Psychology; Director Board of Directors Institute on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency (I.A.F.A.); Costa Rican Association of Psychiatry; Medical Association of Cartago; Rotary Club of Cartago, among others.
